Corrections to Notice of Cal Rad Forum's Fifteenth Annual Fall Conference

1) Cal Rad's web site address is <www.calradforum.org> (not .gov).
2) The phone number for Betsy Hite, Cal Rad's Administrative Director and
contact person for Conference arrangements, was omitted. It is (916)

3) My phone number was omitted. It is (510) 283-5210.
