RADs, etc.

          All this talk about RADs, Lethal Dose, etc. got me thinking.
          
          If I recall correctly, there were two criticality accidents in 
          Russia this year that resulted in fatalities.  Can anyone tell 
          me where on the 'net (or elsewhere) I might find some info. on 
          what happened, etc.
