We got our 40 hour HAZWOPPER training from the New York State Office of
Fire Prevention and Control.  I am told that their only training facility
is in Montour Falls, NY.  (Close to Watkins Glen for you racing fans.)  I
presume if there is another facility, your local fire department should be
able to tell you.  The phone number for the Montour Falls Fire Academy is
(607) 535-7136.  Hope this helps.
