Jeff Stapleton, Geoff Stapleton

Just a quick note: there are two "Jeff" Stapletons out there:  the first
person is Jeff Stapleton, who works for the Department of Energy (DOE) and
who contributes to RADSAFE.  The second one is Geoffrey (Geoff) Stapleton,
who works at Jefferson Lab, a prime contractor for the DOE.  He does not
participate in RADSAFE, but is very well known in the HP community,
especially among the accelerator folks.  He has gotten several notes about
"his" comments on RADSAFE and has asked me to clarify.  If you know Geoff,
please do not confuse any comments from Jeff Stapleton with those of Geoff
Stapleton (not that ther's anything wrong with Jeff's comments!).

(Whew! That was a mouthful...)
