fire fighter procedures

Hi,

I am the RSO for a company which uses small quantities of radioactive
materials for biotech research- tritium, S35, C14, I125, and P33.

I am trying to prepare procedures in case there is ever a fire in the lab and
radioactive materials are in the fire.  Obviously the fire fighters will be
wearing SCBA, and I would have to check their turn out gear for contamination.
 What other concerns should I be addressing?  I know there was a fire either
this year or last year at a university lab which had radioactive materials,
was anyone on this list involved with that?
