You might try CAP88 from EPA for a rough assessment that can be run quickly
since you are probably concerned with immersion dose. Be careful of
sector-averaging considerations and such if you use models developed for
long term routine releases, but Reg. Guide 1.111 can give you a start for
what you describe.
