RE: Dispersion Models
David,
The owner of the HOTSPOT code is Steve Homan at Lawrence Livermore. His
phone is e-mail is shomann@llnl.gov. I am sure Steve would be happy to
send you a copy of the code. I use HOTSPOT extensively in hazards
assessment work, so if you have any questions just give me a call or
send an e-mail.

Subject: Dispersion Models
Does anyone know to whom I can speak about finding some
information on
the GENII and/or Hotspot software? I need to characterize a
plume of noble
gas from a release stack containing several hundred Curies of
this gas?
This is not an explosive release. Instead, it is a release of
several
hundred Curies in a 24 hour period. Thanks in advance for any
help you can
give.
