Hello Radsafers - 

Here's another one of my "where can you find it" questions?

Does anyone know of a manufacturer for a "special form capsule"?
It is basically a stainless steel cylinder about 4" in diameter and 7" long
equipped with a plug in one end.  There is a bolt for tightening the plug that
is designed to shear off when the plug is properly tightened.

Any ideas?
