Cs-137 Source

Good afternoon, I am looking for a Cs-137 source to be used as an
irradiator. I am looking for one that could deliver a few kGy in about 5
to 10 minutes. I seem to remember a thread a few months ago being posted
about some facility or facilities that had some sources but did not have
the funding for disposal. Could some one refresh my memory or could
someone point me in the right direction. Thanks for any help you could
give.
