With the recent Barnwell pay me now and later thought process,  one of large
utilities is trying to gain intercompact access to US Ecology Richland site.
Should this occur it may open the door to all other generators.
Alternatively,  once the broker firms learn to work within and around
Envirocare's 1000 cubic foot/generator minimum volume,  it may be viable to
use second parties.
