Informed consent or not, when there is no damage-there is no damage-period!

I think the public and the judicial system are more aware now than in the past
that there is such a thing as "nuclearphobia" and may act accordingly.  Witness
that in 1995 a California jury unanamously rejected a workers claim against
SONGS after evaluating all the expert witnesses testimony and later a judge
denied a request for a new trial. (See HPS Newsletter of February 1996)
