Ted, this isn't the only case where we have shot ourselves in the
foot. If you recall the rhetoric regarding the doses received from
the military presence in the desert during the 50's nuclear testing
was also classified as "low exposure", during the calls for
investigation of cancers and other illnesses affecting those
personnel. One could hardly call the doses received by these
individuals as "low dose" ... If they were, it would give a whole new
meaning to BRC!!!
