RCRA Wastes



Zack Clayton suspected that Uranyl acetate might be an oxidizer.  In our
experience it is not by behavior, neither would the valence state of the
Uranium nor the properties of the acetate seem to support the possibility.

On the other hand, the nitrates, almost by definition, are oxidizers, carry
D001 and are therefore "mixed waste."
