For those who do not have the Kerr and Eckerman information available,
the Rad. Health Handbook has the derived values in the Laboratory
Operation and Good Work Practices section; chapter 11 p405 of the 1992
edition).  The footnotes to the table offer some explanation of the criteria
used.
