Good recent textbooks

I teach a couple of courses one on medical radiation protection
and the other about understanding "risk" in radiation
protection. I want to revise the courses so that they can be
used with a text book. Currently we have a collection of
published papers and various guidelines and publications. It's
all very good stuff, but the course has too much reading for the
time available and the level of the students. I would like them
to have a reference book to take with them when they are
finished. So,.... can anyone recommend a good, recent textbook
that deals with medical x-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound, - from a
safety perspective. (Note: radioactive material is NOT
included). I'm trying to make the students think like a
radiation safety officer.
Thanks
