Evidently, per this news release blurb, WNP-2 is coming under the Bean Counters'
scrutiny:

Administration in a competitive electricity market heard a strong endorsement
Wednesday of a panel recommendation that could lead to the shutdown of the
WNP-2 nuclear power plant, from which Bonneville buys power.  A Sierra Club
official said the nuclear unit has been an economic dog for a long time, and you
