Looking for R.L. Brown

I am trying to locate R.L. Brown of Lockheed Hanford Corporation.  He
presented a paper at the Midyear Meeting that is of interest to us and is
not in the Proceedings.  He is not listed in the HPS Membership Handbook.
I would welcome any assistance.
