Announcement:  A Novel On-Line Operational Health Physics Survey

The University of Texas at Houston Health Science Center - Environmental
Health & Safety Department  is conducting a national survey to document
radioactive material receipt experiences.  The survey data is being
collected using an electronic form located at the following World-Wide
Web address:

All contributions are greatly appreciated.  The results of the survey
will be transmitted electronically to all interested participants upon
