The American Glovebox Society (AGS) has published the
"Guideline for Gloveboxes" (AGS-G001-1994) that
addresses the design of gloveboxes for just about every
environment.  The document is available from AGS for
$200, $50 of which covers an initial one year membership
in AGS.
