You might want to check your facts. My understanding of the reg.'s is that
these metals you are talking about, currently aren't even regulated until you
are at the 2 picoCurie level of  radioactive material. To achieve even a 15
millirem annual exopsure increase (on top of the annual average of 365
millirem)  you would need alot more than 1 picoCurie taped on your chest all
year long!
My understanding of current US reg's concerning the acceptable levels of
RADIOACTIVE material is already 100% greater than you are talking about.
How many ways can I say I'm not sure you are an informed source in this matter
which leads me to wonder why you are crying "THE SKY IS FALLING" in the first
place?
