By your address I guess you are in Canada.  I have not in the past
been able to send email internationally.  I am not sure why. I will try
and if it is bounced then I will send to Radsafe@romulus and hope for
indulgance.

Questions.  1]  It's in a fume hood.  Was the material dispersible?
Was there a likely release to the environment.
|TAB|2]  In one place you said double gloved but said person touched
|TAB|contaminated material.  Any indication of personal contamination?
|TAB|3]  In that type of situation I would go to the regs and READ
|TAB|VERY CAREFULLY, but one thing that would compel reporting would be
|TAB|dose.  IS there any dose estimate?
