All I can say is that it must be low news day and we all have nothing more important
to do than discussing HPDs ID.   With that said, when you work for the goverment, it
may be usefull to comment on issues without haveing someone flame you over your
views and opinions.  I am aware of some instances where people have taken a
different attitude when they learn you work for some governmental agency.
