It contains a lot of information on low dose effects etc, the general theme of
this page is that radiation dose limits are inadequate, not reflecting the
"true" risks associated with exposure.

I always like to play devils advocate, and am interested in any comments my
learned collegues may have on Prof Kohnlein's statements.
