RE: EPA vs NRC
I can't speak for the other utilities, however if the NRC has been
"relegated" to "lap puppy status" it would sure be nice if we (the
utilities) weren't the ones getting hit with the rolled up newspaper.
The trend in violations indicates to me that they are very much in
control.
