Has everything to do with the overall process being evaluated. The uncertainty 
takes into account all of the variables that make up a process, and, the error for 
each is identified, and when all is identified, the overall system uncertainty is 
known. Once that is determined, Process Capability can be evaluated against 
the uncertainty to determine if the process is capable of producing the desired 
results. If not, one needs to change the process.
