Kerala Inhabitants

Dear RADSAFERs
  
    Does anyone know Peter Fong's e-mail address or fax number.According
to his document on the web ,Kerala inhabitants receive background doses 
20 times higher than normal but their life expectancy is 10.7 years 
higher.I want to find his references.Thanks in advance.
