Organizational Structure for University Radsafety Programs

I am looking at changing the organizational structure in the Radiation
Safety Office. Could RSO's from other Universities let me know what their
organizational structure is like.

Presently I have 3 direct reports, the Assist. RSO, an Admin Assist., and a
Sr. HP. with the techs under the Assist. RSO and clerical under the Admin
Assist.
