In principle it is very simple: add 0.5 to 1.0 ml of urine to a liquid
scintillation cocktail, shake, dark adapt (maybe), add to a liquid
scintillation counter (that has been suitably calibrated) and read the
result.

Can anyone help me with the best way to measure H-3 in urine?
