I would suggest strippable paint. Hydrolasing will blow the contamination all over the drywell and you will have to protect water sensitive equipment. Strippable paint should also result in the smallest volume of radwaste, is easy to apply and easy to remove. Some strippable coating have been prequalified for use in reactor vessels and therefore should be OK for recirc piping.
