This change also resulted in a modification to 10CFR19.13, which also
defined the level of training required to be provided to
"occupational workers", based on the level of dose to be received,
and not due to the areas the individual worked in. I had thought this
to be true, when I responded to my colleague on the other side of ICN
Biomedicals, Quang Le, and am happy that Les has supported my
understanding. It would be much simpler if we could put the rules and
regulations on a "postage stamp" as they are trying to do with the
tax code!
Just kidding of course! But, a few very definitive pages would be
certainly welcome :)
