Bill,

Have your colleague communicate directly with a supervisor or manager 
at HP, and I am sure that they will resolve the matter, and provide a 
quick remedy..

I  just returned to Calif after being away for 2.5 weeks, and need 
to take care of some things here, and then go out and get 
something to eat....  See you at the next meeting....
