Not quite but almost. EPA will issue a certification this Friday
(5/15). There is then a mandated 30-day comment period so that waste
can start being received June 15. We also anticipate some lawsuits.
Today's Albuquerque Journal has a good article, and the WIPP has a web
page.

FYI...
Just heard on the radio that the EPA finally licensed WIPP, and it is
expected to start receiving waste this month.
Finally some good news!
Regards,
Greg
