Skin Dose from Tc-99m

Does anyone have any data for use in calculating skin dose from 99mTc
contamination?  A colleague (not on radsafe) in another institution has a
nuclear medicine technologist with a roughly 1 cm^2 spot on the palm of his
hand and has made measurements with a pancake GM detector.  Information
such as mrem per uCi/cm^2 and typical ballpark counting efficiencies for
Tc-99m at 1 cm distance would be useful.  Thank you for your assistance.
