Request for Materials for the HPS Archive

Dear RadSafers-

As you may be aware, the HPS Archive is graciously being maintained
by the Univ of TN in Knoxville.  The History Committee is in the process of
trying to fill some gaps in the archives.  The following materials are
currently needed for the HPS archive:

1) Program for the 1991 Annual Meeting in Washington (36th meeting)
2) Programs for the 1995, 1996, and 1997 Annual Meetings in Boston,
Seattle and San Antonio, respectively
3) Midyear Topical Symposia programs from 1990 on.
4) Summer School Materials prior to 1980, and for 1983, 1992, 1994,
1995, and 1996.  

If you have any of the above named materials, and you are willing to
donate them to the HPS Archive, please contact me or someone on the
History Committee.

Materials are also needed from a number of HPS Chapters.  I anticipate
that the History Committee will establish specific criteria for what types
of Chapter materials will be requested for the archive.  Please stay
tuned.
