Address/Telephone of "DoD-NRC"

RadSafers:

There is an office of the DoD, located at one time in the Sandia/Phillipl
Lab complex near Albuquerque, which serves in effect as the "Nuclear
Regulatory Commission" for DoD-owned reactors, etc. A few years ago, it was
directed by an exceedingly sharp USAF Lt. Col (female). I would like to get
the telephone number or email address of this office. Can any of you help me?
