Glenn,
  You are right that Millstone will have to prove themselves.  In order to do
so, we must show that we have changed - we have and  you can accept the words
of independent auditors, not us; and we must show we can operate safely - we
can only do that by operating with an elevated state of oversight, which we
plan to do.  Don't "Take my word on it", look at what we have accomplished in
the last two years, and let us do our job and further prove we can operate
safely.
