Information on X-ray Irradiators

We are reviewing the possibility of obtaining an x-ray irradiator.  We will be using the device to irradiate mice and would like to give approximately 4 grays within a few minutes.  If anyone has a similar operation and has equipment that they really like ( or dislike) we would appreciate the information.   (Vendor replies are welcome)
