Thank you for those who responded to my question. All are very appreciated. I let the
vendor know about the incident and that was all I was planning to do. The vendor was
pretty nice about it. They quickly faxed me a corrected shipping paper. They told me
that they only use C-14 and they are not sure how they marked as H-3 in the shipping
paper. But I wasn't 100% sure that was all I needed to do. I was looking for a quick
help instead of going through regulations and I received what I was looking for. I
