This is joyce speaking as devil's advocate.
What if the candy company had come out with some kind of
radiophobic or anti-nuclear candy (say an elixir that purports
to protect you from deadly gamma rays or an anti-plutonium
gumdrop.)  Wouldn't some radsafers be raising a ruckus ?  I
don't begrudge the antis their viewing-with-alarm publicity; I'm
just delighted to learn that the new generation uses "nuclear"
as a very positive term.  Maybe there's hope !
