29 CFR 1910.1096 was last revised in July 1996 per the footnote from
OSHA's web page - whenever that was last updated.  OSHA has their regs
on line under a couple sites - however the following allows for a
keyword search to identify the sections that you would need -
unfortunately it does not link to the direct subsection.
