How well known are the TEDEs for the atomic veterans? More
specifically, how well known are the internal exposures? I suspect that
many veterans were quite close to ground zero very soon after the
explosions and that significant inhalation of suspended particulate matter
was possible - the potential for internal exposures wouldn't necessarily
be reflected by a film badge reading.
