Re: ON TOPIC (for once) -- Seville Conference and Belle




     I saw a few issues of BELLE when I worked for Environmental Evaluation 
     Group of New Mexico, and the journal strikes me as less impartial than 
     it claims to be.
     
     Clearly only my own opinion.
