Hi Emil Your comments about the house prices declining in a KI issue area reminds me of the situation here in the UK. I understand that when the people of certain parts of Cornwall were offered free Radon pumps for their houses, lots turned them down, because of the possibility of the house value declining, if there was an indication of the possibility of Radon seepage.
