The mentioned hospital made the same mistake last year, (THERAPEUTIC
MISADMINISTRATION) as described by NRC http://www.nrc.gov/OPA/pn/pn39788.htm
Nevertheless the similarity of both events, overdose due human
error, the consequences were not the same. An important lesson to be learned
is that this accident can be happen both in developing or developed countries.
