True. But of course that doesn't support continuing the waste of
$billions/year in the name of rad protection, esp. taking from peoples without
clean water who are dying daily (read 'being killed'?) in the absense of a few
$thousands or $millions for clean water systems or purification, etc etc. 

RP wastes more investigating an overexposure rather than use cost-effective
"lessons learned"/corrective action  More $ to regurgitate Goiania to foster
public fear 10 years later. This for a clean, easily manageable, industry -
averaging a few death/year over the last 15-20 years!? :-)
