Malcolm, several years ago, Jack Priest at Davis Besse built a water shield
out of water bed liners.  Jack works with Regis Greenwood a frequenter of
this list.  10' by 30' in one tank would be very tough to manage, you may
want to consider strapping together several water bed liners, they are thick
and not as expensive as something custom made.
