Regulatory/Acceditation - Ukraine?????

I would like any information any Radsafers may have regarding the 
following with respect to the Ukraine, Russia, etc. (former Soviet 
bloc), if these functions do exist:

1. Regulatory Agencies have authority over radiation protection     
regulation, guidance, inspection programs.

2. Accreditation Agencies that accredit, oversee, evaluate and     
conduct audits of dosimetry processors.

I would appreciate any contact information, such as name, E-Mail, 
postal mail address and telephone numbers.

Your help would be most appreciated.
