Fellow Radsafers:

A ggod fried, who is an attorney (pretty much pronuclear) and trying to
identify some of the  more egregious antinuclear activists, would like to
subscribe to RadSafe in order to enlist your occasional assistance in such
identification.

Please tell me how to subscribe; which url or website to go for, and what
procedure to follow. i sort of bludered into it and cannot recall the details.
