Yes, and I provided a private response where this has occurred in
the utility arena. I did not mean to imply that an education was not
a key element, but to simply state that one can learn as much as
possible in a non-typical school environment, but what they lose in
the social skills, fostering adaption and communicative skills, is a
large loss. You can learn "most" anything from book, but not the
ability to communicate effectively.
