Judge Throws Out Hanford Claim

As previously mentioned .... the article refers to Spokane.. but,, we
all do know that .....

Judge Throws Out Hanford Claim (Spokane) -- A federal judge has
thrown out thousands of claims from people in three states who
lived downwind from the Hanford Nuclear Reservation. About 45-
hundred plaintiffs file suit against former contractors at the
Spokane facility, claiming releases of radiation were hazardous to
their health. U-S District Judge Rank McDonald ruled the case is
too complex for a jury to decide. The federal government has
admitted that secret releases from Hanford between 1945 and the
early 1960's may have led to health problems from people living
downwind in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon.
